Dayroom-created events and any Apple or Google calendar records you choose to connect, import, or mirror as integrations ship.

Support data

Diagnostic reports you choose to send, including app version, device details, settings context, and logs needed to investigate an issue.

What Dayroom Uses Data For

To show household calendars, structured schedules, chores, routines, meals, shared lists, cleaning plans, medication reminders, rewards, and activity clock states.
To power parent-managed search across household records by title, person, source, note, and tag.
To show configurable in-app task notifications for assignments and kid task completions.
To help adults manage connected calendar sources, parent locks, subscription access, themes, exports, reset controls, and support diagnostics.
To support local-first family sync features as they ship.

Children

Kid views are intended to show parent-managed household information in a simpler format. Kid views, search, notifications, and schedule details are scoped to the active child profile and avoid parent-only notes or adult-only planner content. Adults remain responsible for setup and the information entered about children.

User Controls

Export, delete, support, subscription management, reset, and calendar disconnect controls are designed to stay reachable even without an active subscription. Adults can manage parent locks and child profile access in settings.
